So far they are eating like champs.. We are going to build a cage and keep them outside for a few weeks. Then slowly but surely leave the cage open. Continuing to feed them until hopefully one day they are catching enough food on their own where they wont need to come back

Found out im having a baby girl this morning. We are naming her Emily. So now i have two female ferrets, one female dog, one female cat, one wife, and now one female baby. At least my chameleons are male :D

update: Most of the tadpoles have turned into adults and were released back into the pond. The salamanders are still growing and are about 4 inches long now. Im going to release them back into the wild next week.

Ive seen blood twice. By a just caught wild four foot california king snake. He got me right between the thumb and index finger. and by a gecko. I forgot what kind. Both instance were many years ago and im fairly lucky thats my only bites. I used to hunt and catch rattle snakes...

nope I just wheel it to the door, which is three feet away and empty it. I actually bring my lawn water hose in from the front door to fill the reserve :)

I bought two screen cages of chris. Here is my new setup: I need a larger plant for the right cage, but for now what i have will do. I tested the mist king. Left it on for 15 minutes and all the water made its way into the tub below.

update: I have been using water crystals. One red light and one heater pad under the tank. I have hundreds of babies and only 1 death in two weeks. so i think im doing it right :)

Found this in the nearby PETCO today I told employee what they were doing wrong. She said this was the first chameleon they ever had and she would tell a manager. I have a feeling she wont say anything :( The cham is the middle of the pic. If you look hard you can spot it.
