and 75w incandencent grow light.

I would definatly take those 2 uvb lights out and replace them with a 18-24 depending ON TOP! on the size of your cage. Chameleons need to regulate thier own uvb, and if the lights are all the way down there is no escape for them. Other than that everything looks great!
