I have only got crickets for my chameleon... I am going to order some worms for him and need to know the easiest and most healthy worms to take care of are. I want to get them in bulk and want to know witch is easy to keep alive. Also what are some good cheap sites that are close to the East...
I also live in charlotte... ( Mint Hill to be exact), I have a male Veiled but I am defently gonna get a panther pretty soon. Have and pics of your panthers?
Anyone here live in north carolina that has chameleons? If so please say what kind and what part of NC ur from. Im looking for a female veiled to breed my male with in a few months.
What type of Cham is it? My veiled does the same thing but its basically a "BLUFF"... Once outside the cage he will calm down and let you handle him.
Just be careful with him and if you need to get a glove or a peice of cloth and put it over ur hand to get him out the cage.
Hope this helps.
Hmm. I have exactly what everyone else in there enclosure... same plants most people use and vines.... Heres a pic.
Its a new cage so the plants havent really grown to the dage yet... (pothos mainly) so maby not enough foilage for him... there is 4 plants in there so i dunno...
Yes acutally he is always active during the day until about 10:00 pm when i shut the lights off. half the day he sits under his basking light and basks and other half he will be exploring his cage. He is 4 months and i got him 1 week and a day ago so he might just be restless and moving alot...
I am concerned about my cham because there are some blackish markings on his mouth at the front. Was never like this until today. I do not know what mouthrot looks like so hopefully someone can lend me a hand and let me know if he has it or if its just maby some dirt or something.
I built 2 cages in 2 day. 1 is a smaller one and the other is quite large, You defently can do it. Just plan it out and take your time. Dont rush and you will have a well planned cham cage.
