My Mom sent us a big box of some awesome driftwood and vines yesterday, she thinks it is funny her grown daughter wants driftwood for presents :) She is going to start an ebay store soon for driftwood, vines etc so if anyone is interested in pieces let me know.

Brad said we tured our Jackson rescue in to a tubby cham so i am sure we will put a bit of weight and size on this one. Veileds are a fairly hardy bunch so i suspect this one will be a bit quick on the mend.

Privacy during laying process is good. I think there are several different ways people do this. Towels over enclosure, move them to a different room, also a seperate enclosure just set up for laying.
Thats all i got for now

I would suggest doing all the research on breeding now. Doing it before would have been a much better idea. There are some great thread at the top of the breeding section of the forum and plenty of blogs on here. Get ready to spend money and alot of time.

Here is our room, we have a loft that we use for the herps, it is getting a little crowded though so I may pack up the rest of my star wars collection till I can have a star wars room too :) In it we have Angus (yemen), Eaden and Deirdre (carpets), the baby yemen we just rescued yesterday...
I am fairly sure when Stacy and I walk into the Local mart or co they cringe knowingly. We have no problems going to the managers and telling them to fix things. :) The good part about it though is they k now we care and have our number when people bring in animals to abandon them.
We have...
He is doing well today :) we took him outside for some sunshine time and he really seemed to enjoy it!
Brad- they got him from the same place you get your crickets, and they weren't sure of his age so he may be younger.

Thanks again for kind words. This little guy seems like it will be much easier than Rhino. He has already settled into his new temp enclosure and was a great color last i went up and checked.
They are so cute when they are little. :)

Hi all,
Since Laurie graciously adopted Rhino, our jackson rescue, we had a bit of extra space to help out another cham. So today we acquired this little man. His previous owners were moving and were unable to "sell" him so we took him in as they were on their way out of town. He...
Carpets are extremely aggresive towards each other. Houseing them seperatly is deff a requirment. I love our Carpets they are great little animals.
You can see our Carpets set ups in our signature, though that will be changing soon as we are making all new cages in a couple weeks. I think...
It looks like you may be fairly new to chams, i would consider maybeing holding off and doing a ton of research before you attempt the breeding project. I could be wrong, not trying to be offensive but i think i read you just got your chams. Understanding your chameleon behavior and needs...
Great Pics!! He looks wonderful, we are super glad he's settling in already :) Thanks for providing an awesome home and for loving him, he is a special guy and deserves a special cham mom!
