We have a loft that we use to keep all of our critters. It also has a full bathroom so we can wash when handling. 3 of our chams are on a 36" high table that has crates to elevate everyone up. I believe the top of most of the cages are around 6' high.

If you are talking about anything they came into contact with, thats alot of stuff to replace for a breeder. Has there been anything from UK or EU about the cricket populations returning?
We are using three different cameras, all point and shoot. I mostly use automatic settings. Though sometimes i use the vivid color settings to boost the greens or yellows. I do not do any post processing either.

I am sure that you are right about someone figuring it out. The market is large in the states. I am only feeding six at the moment and i have a local guy that breeds his own crix. He doesn't get any feeders in from outside so i am hoping he will miss getting hit by the virus. I still am...
I thought that i read the virus only effects one type of cricket. How about mantids as an alternative for crickets? They have a huge size range. Though i havent ever messed with them so don't know how easy they are to breed and or how fast they grow.

Well its been a week. We took everyone out yesterday for a health inspection and cage cleaning. The little girls are looking great. F2 is 33g and F1 is 34 g now. They are perky and attentive and very much dislike me. But i am trying to win them over with a nice batch of hornworms we just...
Its been about six months since her last clutch i think. She hasn't shown any signs of wanting to mate at all either. Oh wells maybe she will. We aren't in to much of a hurry :) Though it would be great to have some little hatchlings.

Here it is another wonderful weekend, sitting on the back porch with some of the chams getting some sun. Which is most likely a good thing i think my pasty legs may be blinding passing cars.
Hope everyone else is enjoying their weekends. I know my chams and I are.

All the Uhauls i have been in have AC. So that will take care of that. You will want him up front with you for sure though. I remember moving in florida and it was an oven in the back of that truck.
I have heard of the styrophome container idea but not sure on how well it works. Hopefully...
You do not need an all screen cage. But if you are going to use this enclosure i think you are right on cutting out some sections for mesh. Typically i lower mesh vent and the top being mesh is the way to go. Having the mesh top with also allow for you to take the light fixtures from inside...
We have a couple members that have green houses. I don't so not really sure so hopefully one of them will pipe in. Do you have anoles running in the second greenhouse?
Good luck with your hunt, i am sure someone with this kindof experience will pop in soon.
