parasites are probably a good guess, but also, if im not mistaken you bought the male that was for sale at LLLReptile, I check what chams they have available almost everyday, and he was only for sale two days before you bought him, so unless they quarantined him before they put him up for sale...
oh boy now im worried, im out of money and i need to buy new lights?! do you know what it is exactly that causes the eye problems? is there anything you would suggest doing with them untill i can get new lighting for them?
Currently Im using a 5.0 compact on my baby panther, and a 10.0 compact on my Fischer who is in a black reptarium. Is this acceptable?

if this is a baby cham, sometimes it takes time before they experiment with food that they aren't used too, I have a baby panther that on certain days will only eat crickets, and others where he wont touch crickets, but he'll scarf down fruit fly till hes gonna pop.
This is the most rediculous excuse I have heard for anything. The least you could do is have him LOOKED AT before you or the Vet decide any kind of treatment, it's only fair to the animal, and you if you care about it enough.
