Here's a great thread with pics that you may find useful :) https://www.chameleonforums.com/gravid-receptive-none-receptive-resting-colours-photos-94647/
Ok well she will be happier and more comfortable in her real home wouldn't she? It's a shame you can't put her laying bin in there. I hope she lays soon and all is well. This threads been going on way too long :D
Do you have her in a trash can bin at all times now? I bet she won't like that. This has probably been asked already but can't you fit a 12 inch square tub in her normal enclosure? My girl did not like the trash can laying bin but laid fine in her enclosure.
If she's having trouble getting around then that's not a good sign. She should be fit and able to dig a hole. I would go back to your vet, is he/she an experienced reptile vet?
I'm going to say male. The tail base looks to be thicker than that of a female although I do not see a distinct hemipenal bulge. Also that thick white stripe down the side of the body is typical of a male panther.
Please don't take mine as the final opinion though as I have been wrong. You...
Yes female panthers can have colours so at that age you can't judge on colour alone. You need to take a pic from side on with the tail up so that any bulge at the tail base will be visible.
Hi there!
Tongue problems can have many causes such as vitamin deficiency or an injury. If you could fill in this form and post a picture f your girl we can maybe see if there's anything obvious.

Could you possibly get a photo of his/her side profile with the tail raised in the air? This is a tough one! Some pics look male and some female. Looks to be old enough that some male colours should start to come through but he could be a late bloomer and females can quite often have a bit of...
How can you call that sweet little man a monster?! He's such a littel cutie pie and I don't believe all these tales of attitude problems and bitings and such either :D
I had to edit this because your cham looks to be female in the first pic but the second shows a bulge at the tail so I am going with a male who hasn't got his colours through yet.
I am the office manager at The Royal British Legion in Lerwick. It's a social club for war vets but also a pub and function venue for wedding and bands etc. it's fun but I do a lot of boring book keeping stuff too :)
Most of you lead more exciting lives than me, even the mechanic :D
No I'm afraid not. Chameleons are solitary creatures and sharing homes wit bothers causes stress illness and can even be fatal. There are a couple of smaller species that can live in groups but veiled chameleons are not one of them :)
Those are some amazing photos,Dayna! I love the pug lion king photo :D Colorado is a beautiful place! I'd love to go see it sometime, some of my favourite shows are based on Colorado territory :)
Whoa that's a bit off. Dirt can impact a female too. You were advised to see a vet because impaction is a serious issue that can be fatal and sometimes a vet is the only one who can fix it.
If both of your females are having troubles eating I would think its not likely a coincidence. Either...
