    They are regarded as the worse type of UVB bulbs. Many people in would suggest to use Repti-sun 5.0 fluorescent tubes. That's what I use and haven't had any problems, from baby chams to adult chams.

    Thanks. Those would be his defensive colors. He brigs his solid red bars in defensive mode. Here is the quick and dirty resting color photo that I just took. Sorry, the lighting is harsh there.

    Are they in the soil or the leaves? If they are in the soil, they are most likely springtails. If they are on the leaves and harming the plant, a diluted amount of neem oil (consult your local garden store) will get rid of them.
