Are they in the soil or the leaves? If they are in the soil, they are most likely springtails. If they are on the leaves and harming the plant, a diluted amount of neem oil (consult your local garden store) will get rid of them.

Hmm, Parang seems to have some bar pattern resemblance to Iris. He isn't as big as Parang though.
