How would a Preying Mantis pass parasites to the Walking Sticks? The Walking Sticks are not going to eat the Preying Mantis. That should not be an issue.
Maybe if the two species were kept in the same terrarium through feces.

I haven't heard or done reading about Walking Sticks transmitting parasites to chameleons. Although transmitting parasites from Walking Stick to Chameleons is theoretically possible.
If you are concerned I would captive breed Walking Sticks and move newborn Walking Sticks to another grow out...
Your female Chamaeleo calypatratus I am going to estimate and say is 1 year oldish. Your female looks to be too young to start breeding at this time. However I am not a Chamaeleo calypatratus keeper so do not quote me about.
I hope that helps.

I would absolutely go bigger for your female Furcifer pardalis's enclosure. I would add branches too. That is going to give your female Furcifer pardalis more branch space to roam about with.

How big is her enclosure? If your enclosure is too small that could be giving your female Furcifer pardalis activity/movement issues.
I recommend posting pictures of your enclosure. That is going to give the Chameleon Forum members more of an idea of what is going on.
