I have been wondering for a while what it is and don't chameleons see all seven colours of light? And it's clear their vision is an unknown percentage better than ours and the ability to put a picture together by looking in two complete opposite directions is a head screw just thinking about it...
Sorry to bring this thread back up but I'm a little worried about my male veiled I've had him 2-2 1/2 months and he hasn't shed he was mid shed when we bought him but he hasn't shed since. He hasn't gained weight as much as our female did when she was younger. His appetite seems to be 1-2...
My boy and girl can't even look at each other without Freddie wanting a fight although Charlie is 6 months older and a fair wack bigger she'd kick his *** but we had quite the eye open when we made the mistake of free ranging them both at separate ends of the living room and he charged her...

Thanks I'm quite lucky with him he's very friendly except with cameras he marches straight out onto my arm. He's not gaining as much weight as I'd like but I'm sure he's fine. But I have to say he's quite a paint by numbers
He's not your average male colours anyway I thin he's my avatar pic at the moment. He's a very rich teddy brown with black and white and I've only seen him thicken these colours or go jet black and charge across the living room when he saw my older female. But he's very good at focusing both...
