On there it says that you shouldnt use Grasshoppers but I disagree because if you cup feed them or feed them with your hand then you dont have the problem of them chewing threw the leafs. If your lizard is willing to eat an earth worm is it ok.

I have read this thread start to finish and u are amazing hom much you are helping these chams. Hopefully they can live long happy lives.

It depends what you like. The main three are Veiled, Panther and Jackson's Chameleons. If you like the big helmet and very green type then its a Veiled. If you like Horns then you want a Jackson's. And if you like lots of colours then you want a Panther. For all of them the minimum cage size...

Young isnt always the problem its the lack of research. Im 13 and I am getting one in august and I know every thing I need to know for caring for the chameleon.

Thats horrible. Its the worst feeling ever when a pet dies. My sister killed my bird and I was so mad at her. I wouldnt forgive her for like 2 months.

If I get a Jackson's Chameleon it's name is going to be Michael Jackson and if I get a Panther Chameleon IDK yet. I cant believe this thread went on for 51 pages. Thats insane.

Glad you did your research people that dont jsut have chameleons that either die or they spend way more money on buying the right supplies instead of the stuff they have then.

You just open the cage and put a tree in front of it with some vines and there you have a free range.
