how hard is it to keep a colony productive and healthy?

since silkies are more nutritious than crickets i was wondering if it would be ok to feed a few less silkies than crickets? silkies seem kind of expensive and i don't think i could afford feeding my cham 15 silkies a day...

why do silkies need the special set up? what would happen if you didnt have the mesh screen and so forth...

you might consider giving her some wax worms, they have quit a bit of fat in them and could help her put some weight back on..

Ya, i could see that happening to Romeo as well. It just sucks that he changed when i put him in the cage, i thought he would have felt a little more safe if anything..

its been about four days now and still every time i am even near Romeo's cage he runs and hides. Anyone have some idea as to when he will calm down? Once again, he was not like this at all before i put him in his cage...
