I need some dubias. I want to start a colony for my two. You think I should wait until September 12th for the White Plains Reptile Expo? I don't know how available they are at Reptile Shows or even how much they are.
I knew someone where it was delayed a day. The cham was fine. I would say that as soon as he arrives put him/her in the enclosure and give a really good mist. Hope everything turns out well.
Luckily I don't pay for Water but I actually gave my chams their first "shower" today. The both loved it. I saw some amazing colors on them but I had no plant. I hung a towel on a bar and they just sat there enjoying every minute of it.
This is from when I got him (July 16th)

And this was about two weeks ago

I've been bit once. But it wasn't done purposely. I was holding a worm and Detox struck my finger i didn't want to hold his tongue there so it just went in his mouth. He took two chomps of me and stopped. It doesn't hurt, in my opinion. But he was only about 8 months at the time.
Sponsors on here have really good prices. Other than that I would say a Reptile Show. I got a box of 1,000 1/2" crickets at a reptile expo for $14. Great price.
Hey all! I really don't know if I should be worried. I've only seen Tesla eat maybe 4 or 5 times since I got him (on the 14th of July) but he seems to be in good health. He doesn't look skinny at all and is always exploring and moving around. He seems very healthy to me and when I offer crickets...
It's terrible on what happened to his tail but luckily he's in great hands now! Looking forward to the report after the vet. Great job! I would've done the same thing.
