ZooMed Zoomed recomends 10.0 if you use a screen cage becuse the screen filters out the uv. I have used 10.0s for the last 2 years in my walk in room and all my cages and on my babys with no problems. i also have a UV meter that i use to make sure. The sun is a lot stonger than a bulb.
