just deli cups the hova bator dose not cool so you would be fine just useing deli cups in a cool dark place. you dont want to get over 73 and want to stay cooler the first couple monthes.

3 years old he stopped eating crickets when he was around a year. he will now eat horn wax and silk worms but his fav is the super. He has never had any heath problems. there for a while he would not eat anything but supers.

superworms yes, the cham in my avatar has not eaten a cricket in two years. he loves the supers. change up the gut load often.

UV Meter The bad thing is you need a uv meter to tell if your bulbs are good. I have some a year old that still put out good uv. one of the resons i use 10.0 bulbs even when they get a little older they still put out like a new 5.0.

Low temps yes i started at 69 for 30 to 45 days then bumped up 70/71 and the last 2 monthes 72/73 i never go any higher than 73.
