I actually had my eye on those enclosures. I was also directed to http://waterlandtubs.com/WATERLANDTUBS.html. I was told the prices include shipping which would be nice. I need to figure out a stand before I decide what size and what type of enclosure I want. :)
Well you're gonna need another Pancake then! ;) They are gorgeous, and I always love seeing them. I am looking at adding a sulcata in the next few months or so. I still am on the search for the "perfect" baby enclosure right now. Something it will be happy with and still make me happy as...
Don't even get me started on the "designer breeds". I puke a little when I think about the idiots that buy them, and justify spending the money on them. They are encouraging backyard breeders and puppy mills. A little education goes a long way when purchasing any pet.
As for the bottled...
I love the name McLovin, because I have a dog named that as well. ;) That little quad is just adorable. I love the second picture of him. Can't wait to hear what name you come up with for him. :)
How many vendors are normally there? I usually head over that area for parrot festivals, but haven't made it over for a reptile show yet. It's across the state from me, so we have to budget our trips over there. :)
Amazing work Chuck! I think those look fantastic. I vote back myself as well for the new one. However with your artist being that talented, it will look great no matter what you end up deciding on. ;) I need to get some decent pictures of my tats.
:) They are doing fantastic. So far are thriving and VERY good eaters. The male will only eat crickets so far, but the female is not picky. I offer the male everything under the sun, but still only goes for the crickets. They seem to have adjusted very well. :D
I don't like shiny. I like the colored cloth ones because they blend in with the wall, but don't drip moisture. :) They dry fast, and that's why most hotels/motels use them. I am not a fan of mildew. I am just excited to eventually finish off the room with FRP walls. :)
AMAZING show! I just wish we could get something that large in this area. Do you guys ever attend the one in central WA in the fall? Thank you for all the pics, as they were great! :)
Shower curtains! I like the cloth ones because they will absorb the water and then dry. The plastic ones will drip. We are eventually covering the walls with FRP material. It's water proof and can be used in shower type atmospheres. :)
It could also hurt their chances of winning as well though. Some people may find that obnoxious/self promoting, and not vote for the photo because of that reason. ;)
