Ok haha! And have you ever heard of magenta or a purplish color on a veiled chameleon? Cause I swear I saw it when I was pulling him out of his cage to take him outside. Only for a brief moment tho. It wasn't red

Ok well I let my chameleon play on his free range after I got off work, he would always be staring at me while he was climbing around and well I passed out for like an hour and when I woke up I saw him sleeping, idk since he saw me sleeping and obviously I wasn't moving so he went to sleep to...
So I really would like to just perminately free range instead of buying a large cage, my room is usually very warm, and I can have the basking light and UVB light all hanging up with easy access to heat. Question is, should I try it for one or two nights? Have my fogger on full blast and just...
Are you referring to those tubes that can dim?? I way thinking of getting that for my Cham. Since it has more of a radius of light. Sane with the basking as well
I've only been doing crickets and mealworms cause that's all that's available and super worms are way to big. He hasn't gotten on any hunger strikes since I've had him but I'm still not sure if he is ready for medium size anything
Yea he got sick of crickets so I have to wait like week so he will go for them again. If I mix the crickets and mealworms right now, he will only eat the mealworms and completely ignore the crickets
Very lazy haha. And when my girlfriend comes over he comes up to the glass and stares at us like he is jealous of her. And wants to come out and play haha
What is the appropriate age to be feeding a chameleon every other day? Right now I'm feeding my veiled as much as 11-20 small mealworms a day, dusting with calcium. He's about 3-4 months old. I used to just give him crickets but he got sick of them so I'm waiting a bit. Here's a picture of when...
Well I don't know about any of you but when valcron's lights go out... He stares at me telling me to turn off all my other lights. Then he will go to his spot and sleep. Takes about 2 minutes for him to pass out haha
I bought a plant and just kinda started going to town on it haha. When I buy it il probably move his set up so it is more accessible for him and I think he is starting to get cramped up a bit
Well right now I already have a small set up for him and yes I might sell it or save another chameleon;) haven't decided if ill be able to care for two or make a quick buck
