I uploaded a picture of his terrarium. It is a oceanic with screen sides and tri-fold top with screen in the middle and 24x18x24. Would this cage be large enough to keep him with a female?

That's a good looking skink. I sold my northern blue tongue a couple months ago and he absolutely loved ground turkey and would refuse greens until all the meat was gone.
