Just a thought on lids if you are using regular tap water the chlorine will only evaporate if you have no lid. But it does evaporate quickly.

It sounds like you are treading very dangerous ground with that setup also housing multiple chams in small enclosure again very risky.

And just to clarify you only need a small area to get to 90f the rest of your cage can drop from that temp considerably to as low as 70f if its managable.
