Haha, this is just great. I thought calling her RED was just between you, Mike and I, but I now realize it's her official codename. Sorry, I could resist posting, that just made me die.
That Peacock chameleon is such a cutie! Yeah, Mike is deffinetly the way to go for CB Montane chams...it's nice to work with a species that's common as WC but rare as CB. Here's the little male Montium I recieved from him:
...and after a month he's grown a ton (horns especially) bad...
Why don't you try it and tell us how it goes?...Kidding! DON'T- lol. I've been told that when endagered they can inflate their bodies up, so I'd presume they could float at the surface for a little while and flail about...so I guess that's kind of like swimming.
Jeezo, if only you knew. It takes me about 3 hours to assemble those "pre-made" enclosures...most people can do it in 30 mins flat LOL. I'm just a little challenged in that area :D That's why I'm a Marine Biologist and am not in the construction business.
I use them occasionally for both my adult Panther and Juvie Montium and they really seem to like them. I guess they're supposed to have a lot of nutritional benefits...so I'd say go for it.

I'm sort of neutral in the whole translucent/pieballed/whatever-it-is Veiled category, but he obviousely knows what he's doing purchasing/selling these Veileds; I wouldn't doubt him for a second.
To my fam of chams. He's a baby Montium; :D recieved him from Mike @ FLchams and couldn't be happier with this little cutie. He's already settled in and has ate and drank just fine. I'm glad I ended up getting a CB instead of a WC, it'll be such a payoff in the future. Here he is a couple hours...
I was in Tanzania 2 years ago where they have exportation faculties and I saw quite few of these by lake Manyara, just north of Arusha. Casques varying in height, I think they are Ch. Gracilis, but what do I know.
