i dont know myself since i havent had the blue bottles but i would dry maybe some potatoes or carrots just stuff that u would gutload crickets with i hope it works for you

it depends on what size chameleon and what sized worms. baby hornworms could be small enough or mini mealworms maybe

so to me even with shipping it seems alot cheaper to buy the chow from someone online? unless maybe you plan on selling the chow yourself or have a superlarge breeding project.
