    Whitby! Its a small world. It sounds like he's eating quite a bit. Is he w/c? If so, has he had a fecal test? Possible parasite infection? Worms are quite fatty and can cause inpaction if overused. Where did you get him from?

    Here are a few pics of my Mt Meru. Shortly after we got him, he started showing signs of edema. Ive reduced his supplementation, paid more attention to gutloading and increased his misting (5 daily)

    Thats a good looking Tokay.. I'm not sure what his ideal weight should be. I had one as a kid and he was NASTY!!! After a few good bites I decided to use hockey gloves to pick him up (when cleaning his tank)--Sounds like your guy is a bit friendlier.

    Lifting the head while swallowing can be a sign that the food is too big. He may be having a tough time swallowing it. Do you know what sub species he is?
