I wouldnt...rule of thumb i use is 3 months or 3 inches (snout to vent) ...some 2.5 onthers get that big. If they wanna guarentee him for 6 weeks then go ahead but i doubt they will.
Sometime you can try and stimulate them with rubbing a q tip on them...or try a very light small cold mist to shock them. Its kinda like the theory of spanking babies when first born to make them take that first breath.

Make sure you wash the leaves of that plant with soap and water and rinse well....most plants you buy have pesticideson the leaves and this will kill your chameleon.
They are usually very hungry and thirsty after traveling. Don't forget to wash the plants you put in the enclosure. They usually have pesticides on the leaves.
If you mean when you mist him then....put super hot water from the tap in the mister...by the time it hits them its just pleasently warm. You wouldnt want to be sprayed with cold water either.
