Okay, you've heard of Fear Factor, well, now I'm bringing you EWW Factor!!!! Where you tell your most disgusting moments in reptile keeping (Hopefully minus the sad stories.) This is just for fun, and why do I write this thing? Cause of what happened to me this morning.
So i'm sitting in bed...
That is indeed one sweeet cham:D But I confess, I definately like the panthers better. My two panthers are the sweetest things, I'm also partial to the flatter heads:P
Mhm, butterworms are indeed great:) I use them for all of my reptiles when it gets really cold, or if they need it to fatten up-like my sick little beardie:( Its a nice treat too:)
I do not know if it is harder or not, but I know that several chameleon breeders are attempting to cross breed and have had success so far. I have heard possibility of diseases, and other disabilities, but so far I have not heard any conclusive evidence in that respect.
Mhm:D Well put! My female panther, Arda, is really friendly. She always was, but lately she'll litterally "jump" onto my arm and up my shoulder for a walk. And my lil' baby, Bruce, I'm being patient with him, so far he hasn't hissed, or puffed up, just "huffed" when he's tired of being held. its...
My "job" is at PJ's Pet Center, working in fish and reptiles:D And I love it. My life's job will be to publish my novels. (Already finished the first one).
It was an egg:D
A baby, an adult, an old person.
Here's a hard one for you guys: Alive without breath, as cold as death, ever thirsty, never drinking, all in "mail" never clinking.
*Hint: mail as in chainmail*
Mhm, moving slowly is key, the more comfortable you and your cham are together the better. I also make it a point to always approach from beneath them with an open palm, and my fingers at different heights so they can choose which ones to grab. I know that I handle my Arda (Female panther)...
I try to find names that "fit" the cham:) Like, I felt my cham Bruce was a Bruce even though I wanted to call him a name from the lord of the rings. Same thing with Arda. Your cham looks like he should start with a "C".
No, the one that flarred up was the one farthest from the terrarium kit. He was sold to an experienced breeder. THat guy had one foul temper mind you (the chameleon). Lol. He had to be handled with leather gloves.
Hey there! I got a cham from ChromaChameleons too!!! At the expo too no less:D Mine was a NosyBe. His name is Bruce! Your guy is simply beautiful, which were his parents, do you know?
Wow, neat dreams everyone:D I'll let you in on a secret, I've only had one dream with a chameleon in it, but it was that dream that got me into having chameleons. So I was at a weird school hanging with some friends, and then a friend of a friend came over and he had this beautiful female...
