Are Nematodes recommended in the organic soil and sand or do you think ill be ok just repotting

Some how gnats have gotten in the cage I think it's probably from having live plants. But anyway how do you guys get rid of them? Idk where they came from or how they got here but I want them gone :(

Hey loves it in there. He still doesn't know what to do with himself haha. Ill just let him acclimate for a little and he'll be back to normal. Once it gets warmer ill probably try to find another plant for in there but we will see! Thanks guys

What do you guys use the cross bar for?! Do you think it's sturdy enough to hold a hanging golden pothos? I'm quite doubtful so I may use the good ole bamboo trick but input is well appreciated
