Males are much more colorful than female panthers. Females are usually shades of peach but can be other colors as well. The rostal Process (nose scoop thing) is much larger on males than females & There is also a Hemi-penal bulge after the vent on males. Hope this helped.

Here are a few pictures of Mogli after his most recent shed. He is showing a lot more yellow this go round. In one of the pics he is semi-fired which is the most puffed up he has ever displayed. Still sweet as can be though. making progress with hand feeding too :)
I have a 20w jungle dawn grow and glow and that definitely improved my light output. I have been thinking about trying a new UVB bulb such as the Acadia 6%. With the combination of the jungle dawn and 1 arcadia 6%, should that be enough light? I don't want to have too much light in the cage and...

I agree. My veiled used to to the same thing. If I looked at him for too long he would puff up with the occasional hiss. I would look away from him for a while then look back to check on him and he'd be fine.
