The reason I was Angry with the woman at our petsmart was because she was rude, talked backed to me when I calmly told her things were not right and had no remorse for this animals neglect. I understand all stores are different but here they weren't even trying.

I have no idea how she gets so hi. I'm pretty sure she thinks it's unmet because we frantically search then she'll pop her head out. She's a nut!
