What does it mean when a Panther Chameleon opens his mouth really wide and puffs out his throat when he closes his mouth, is this just a yawn or is he making faces at me?:D

Someone locally to me is selling their female Spectacled Chameleon with cage and everything. I have never heard of this one or know what one looks like. Googled it and not much came up. Can anyone give some info on this one? Personality, care etc. I know some types are harder to keep than...
