ok my cham came in today from flchams it was lil brown but once i put it in it became green again i left for 2hrs and came back in its in the basking area but its brown again?

im getting a male veil juve from flchams tomorrow.. just saying i cant wait!:D

yes i agree drilling some small holes in the bottom of the plastic could get it to drain into a cookie sheet or even a tuff foil bbq pan from the store... i guess depending on how much the water builds up

the babys are 2 months and juves are 4? any diff

ok well im about to order from flchams i was wonder being this is my first cham not reptile would be ok ordering a baby as far as health goes or should i bump up for the juve to get past the hardiest stage? thanks help is app asap

wow ok soo... so no bodys had problems with them getting to close and getting burned? also if i was worried about it getting burned could i allow it to go to the top and then just somehoe raise the uvb 8 inches from the top of the cage?

ive seen on previous posts people hanging plants etc... do the chameleons ever climb the rope up to the top of the screen? i was just worried it would cause problems if he climbed the rop and was closer then 8in from the uvb

ok i bought some organic soil to repot my plants in for my chameleons set-up .. i then stuck it in my barn closed. i opened yesterday after buying another plant to repot and saw a small bettle crawl out. does that mean i shouldnt reuse this soil cuz it could be infested i looked thru it and...

Reptisun lights whats t8 t12 etc stand for?

my bad i live in san antonio fl no one knows theres another one lol way to small of a town.. i have to drive like 30min just to get to a petco but ill try them i just know when i was doing a saltwater tank all their items were a lil pricey

so would a 24" fixture fit a 18" reptisun light?

went to petsmart they dont have any.. they just have the compact bulbs... does petco? are they really expensive there?ive seen them on ebay but id rather just go pick one up

how do the light sizes work for some reason prob user error but i cant from a sizing chart for the reptisun bulbs.... my cage is 22x18x4ft so i was thinking a 36" fixture and light would work but we will see..

went to lowes with no luck....man idk where to go now. they had the 24" in undercabinet one mentioned above but it said it was only 22 1/2 at my store and i didnt know what size light would fit that or if they make one that size and then they had the dual 48" in one but it had to be wired into...

im almost dont with my chams set up. today i'm going to go get a 24" reptisun bulb and i need to find a good(cheap) fixture that plugs in. Does lowes or home depot carry these at a decent price.thank you
