I have a jax my self and iv never had a problem taking them out in the sun. And when a cham opens there mouth it usually means that there to hot and there trying to cool off. Maybe u should try cup feeding ur Cham with a couple crickets one day and keep and eye on him to see how much he's eating.

I just got two dwarf jacksons (male and female)and at first they were in the same habitat and they never really bothered each other I split them up to be safe but the person that I got them from says that they can live together just fine. Does any one know if this is true
