Could be a hunger strike. Also I hear that chameleons eat less during the cooler months, it's not uncommon. I've not experienced this personally though. And you may want to provide a higher basking temp, 80 sounds too low
Mine eats dead reptiworms because he already knows what they look like and taste like. Not saying I should feed him dead insects though. Still fresh just refrigerated.
And mine seems to have no issues eating the hornworms as I thought. Been feeding them off lately

So I went with the soaker hose and rope to add to the free range. I looped them through a fake ficus tree I had and zip tied the living day lights out of the thing.

Really awesome setup, very unique. It seems to more replicate nature than most I've seen. They seem very calm with each other and healthy so it would appear everything you are doing is okay.
I have also seem chameleons swim in the wild before so I don't think drowning will really be an issue...
