My veiled sometimes gets these blue dots all over him. Does this mean anything? Or is this normal colors?

Thank you all so much! I moved the vine away from the light now the basking temp is at 85. I was also wondering if his enclosure was to big? He seems to do fine finding crickets unless they are on the bottom of the cage. Thanks again for the feedback:)
