Arleene just laid a clutch of 34 eggs last night!!!! I am so excited because they should be fertile. Through other threads I found out what temp to keep the eggs at, but I can't seem to find anywhere about the humidity levels?? What is the constant humidity you should try to attain.
Arleen layed a clutch of eggs about 3 hrs ago. After 2 hrs she turned around and was facing upwards. As of 20 minutes ago, she is digging through the eggs she just laid. Should I leave her alone? They are fertile eggs!! First time with this and kind of freakin out. I have the egg bin...
I love these little guys... I really do!! But it happens to be that no one said anything about missing your finalls?? Isn't that the most important thing here??????
I just mated my female and I am not sure if I should be giving her a boost in calcium with D3 or the calcium w/o D3. Also, do I dust the crickets everyday with the supplement?
I'm sorry your had a different experience with your male and female.... I sware its because they spent time together in the same cage growing up. But I don't know??? I do feel super lucky!!
I got them from FL Chams, and I have the names of the different breeders. I hope there is no funny business going on down there?? I wouldn't think so?????

:D
I have 2 veiled chams and they are each around 1 year old. I got them delivered to me from Florida when they were both around 3 months. I housed them together for a good part of 4 months and then got them each their own cages (or as I like to refer to them, their penthouses). They have...

I am in the process of setting up my new cage for my female veiled, Arleen. I am looking for an alternative to the expensive biovine. I know some people use the plastic coated wire, but I really want something that looks more natural. I would really love some ideas that people have used or...
Our little buddies have been together since we got them... the first 3 nights they were in there new digs and they cuddled together on the same branch. Suprisingly, they like each other. We have green thumbs and the foliage will grow into the top of their enclosure! We appreciate constructive...
We have 2 veiled chams that we've had since they were 2 months old ( thank you to FL Chams). We just upgraded them into a DIY 24x24x48 cage. We have Scheffelera, Pothos, and Hibiscus plants for them. There is a 75 w basking light with a 5.0 repti sun uvb. Lazer and Arleen are loving their...
