Parson's do pop up on the market ocassionally. If you can provide a large enclosure/fre range type of setup and have plenty of time (work fulltime from home here.) to really manage them, and if you are familiar with the needs of chameleon speices then they are a good speciment to invest in...
I think part of the reason some dealers came up with "fancy" names is due to the fact that they didn't want to release or make public the area that those morphs were caught from. Consider it a trade secret I suppose.
Let's just say I spend a lot more money on feeders now that this guy is roaming around! Totally true on the "going blind" comment. I seriously did not anticipate this much growth until I took a picture for comparison. I plan on doing this every 3 months, always a nice surprise to see.
