    i usually put 4 crickets in so she can hunt them but if i dont see her drinking i will put 2 crickets in a jelly pot filled with water and she will take them with the water its a good trick so they get a bit of moisture

    the best plants we have in the uk are umbrella plants and also the weeping fig is good value and can be eaten akso it holds water very good, can be found at homebase or b@q. my veiled hates the misting and will often flare up at me

    i havent tried them but i thought they would be a good source of protein. as a fisherman i use these all the time and even the robins come down to my bait tray and take them.

    i put a few very small bits of cabbage in this morning with her and she walked straight past them (over them) i suppose it takes time the fig tree does hold water on the leaves very well so she can have a drink if she likes
