    Thanks for all the advice everyone! Just an update, he pooped last night and everything was normal, nothing else came out with it and his poop looks normal also. Will be taking it to the vets today for testing anyway.

    It didn't look like hemipenes. The vet squeezed his hemipenes out and it was completely different to what happened to him. It went back in that's the main thing. Just being extra cautious with everything until I see him being himself again.

    Just to add, he has developed a lazy tongue. He won't shoot at food, he walks up to it and just slowly takes it with his tongue. We do hand feed.
