    Summer

About 8 months, this is her second clutch. The first one went bad, don't know if they were infertile or what. My male died but I know for sure they mated before he did.

Mantis: All subspecies ok for Chams?

They need to be housed separately, do some research on mantis breeding and you should find your answers. The problem with mating mantids from the same ootheca is that the females tend to age slower (probably to prevent inbreeding in the wild), but there are ways around that (keeping males...

    T. Deremensis Mouth injury

I've found that if you mix the iodine with honey into a paste, it makes it much harder to swallow.

    Baby bird

It looks like a fledgling, I would contact a nature center near you do they can properly care for it. Fledglings are not so dependent on their parents and are just learning to fly, they're normally old enough to recognize humans and will normally not take food from them.

Hey everyone check out our new feeder Katydid we are working with

Good luck, they're almost impossible to breed and vicious. They'll attack anything that even looks edible. Mine would tackle prey 2 and 3 times their size.

    Chameleon Return Miracle

Surprisingly Titan doesn't like anoles. He's had many opportunities to eat them and just turns his nose up at them. He was pretty skinny when I found him so I'm guessing he didn't really eat much. The female retained most of her body weight though. I've never lost a chameleon before but now I...

    Outdoor cage suggestions

If you don't plan on building one yourself I have found that the 260 gal Reptariums make great outdoor cages. I put a few tiles on the bottom of the cage to keep it from blowing away, and the plants help with that as well. As for crack, you'll need to PM the dealer. SSimsswiSS

    Chameleon Return Miracle

Have you put out fliers? I wouldn't be surprised if someone found him and is keeping him...It's happened before. Good luck, I hope you find him or he figures out his way back.

    Chameleon Return Miracle

Before I start, I'll give some background information. I allow my male Oustalet's to free range my yard and have never had any problems; I do cage him when I know I won't be home for extended periods of time. I recently acquired a FL wild-caught female that was...well, wild. I still allowed her...
