I think the white stuff coming out of his nose is calcium. Thats how chameleons expell excess minerals out of their body. Also where is your terrarium? Because depending on where it is and the ambient tempature humidity and drafty-ness, would greatly affect the interior of the habitat.

I was wearing black, and most of the colours are matte not too many brights, plus his cage is across the room from the tv.

Basking is about 80. Rest of the cage is around 70-75. And I misted about an hour before this.

Well he has watched me play before and he was more intrigued with the colours all relaxed. But for some reason this morning he didn't like it. I found it hilarious because this is the first time he has ever puffed up at me.
