It would help if you answered the questions posted before. But from the photos you posted it seems that the cage is glass, and it should be screen. It also seems a little small. I would think you want a cage at least 3ft high. My guess is that if you dont have those things right, than there...
Hey everyone!
So I was walkin past my local nursery, and they got a shipment of indoor trees called money trees. They look sweet, and would be good for my chams to climb on. Has anyone heard of a money tree? If so, are they safe for chameleons?
haha ya... it always seems like something huh? Mine are doing OK, there really hasnt been any improvement, but they have gotten worse either. I have been applying the terramycin 2-3X a day. Hopefully I will see some results soon.
What do you think about summoner12 panther?
I am no expert, and I am sure others can give better advice than me...but Ill give a stab at it.... The puffiness to me looks like edema which is fluid under the tissue, my guess would be that its from inflammation immune response to a bacteria infection. That being said, I have been told...
I did one application yesterday evening, and another one this morning. I was told to apply it 3-4x a day. I am putting a small amount on a q-tip and applying it to the entire eye. Sound about right?

I just received a tube of Terramycin in the mail today for a minor eye problem on my cham. I was wondering exactly how I am supposed to apply it to her eye? Do I just lightly apply the cream to the outside of her eye or what?
Thanks!
so is the inside of it sloped towards the faucet valve? I have the same cage it looks like as you, and it seems that the water would still accumulate on the cage floor unless the cage floor itself was sloped.
I live in an apartment in SF and I wasnt allowed any pets at all whatsoever. But I just hide my cages and what not whenever the landlord comes over. They need to give you at least a 24hr notice. Infact, mine is commin by sunday, haha.
Ya I would agree, I think it would be fine. I am in nursing school...so have some idea, but am also not a doctor. But, I think that there is no immediate threat. I would just make sure to wash with antibacterial soap each time after handling, not just the cam, but feeders or anything else...
