No rot mouth I did take her to the vet they said its a part of her body , it's not a mouth rot

No she is active and free ranges for her food. It was night time when I took this photo, she seems to hate my phone

i just got her a 2 months ago could anyone help me on that if she has a rot mouth? she was underfed under a worse living environment condition, this is her after a month of purchase.
