You could also use fresh fruits and vegetables (make sure they are cham safe first) and the crickets will get their water from there. I put baby carrots in and semi moist baby greens and they get their water from those, plus their food.

I just throw them in their cricket keeper and then give them baby carrots, baby greens, and banana peels. They get gross fast though so I toss them out and put fresh ones in every day. I think I will give the cricket crack a try. :D
