sunken eyes usually mean dehydration same as long sheds and long lasting scabs. pictures would be way more helpful. pictures are worth a thousand words.
dont feed to many super or meal worms. they cant digest the shells very good and if thats mostly what they are eating she could become inpacted. try taking her out into natural light.
im 100%sure its a senegal and like 95% sure its a male. around 8 months maybe 7 judging on size in the first pic. males dont get to much bigger. live plants help a bunch with humidity
