True that you can't have a reef tank without a clown and an anenome :cool: maybe I'll be able to post some pics of my 30g reef :)

The host is basically the clowns house :) it will live in there and symbiotically feed the anenome in return for protection from predators

I don't think you can tell if there fertile or not right away, I'd suggest getting some vermiculite or other hatching substrate and fill a small tupperware 3/4 with it and place the eggs in there then put them in an incubator and just check every week or so to see if any eggs have molded or...
