sure it isn't orange eyes:at this size this locality have develop orange eyes turrets. probably it is yellow lip(but can be yellow giant or big green too).

an other notes... I don't know legilations of your cauntry,but,if your animal aren't cb they need more space of my boettgeri.

they are 100% legal and cb. P.S.on the bottom of cage there are few centimeter(2-3)of soil,whit barck,dead leaves,moss,because female often lay eggs unders barck or leaves.soil there isn't too moist because female don't lay in this condition.
