So glad to hear she is digging!! Regarding the eggs being viable...From my experience, sometimes will look "off" from the get-go either in shape or color. If the females have been supplemented well as well as feeders gutloaded well too, the infertile eggs will often look like those that are...
Agreed...it's still 96F here today. Sabrina isn't the one who did this experiment, I believe it was a friend of hers from the gecko forum. But you are right, maybe someone who lives in the heat like us can do the same experiment with a heat pack. Is there anyone on here not working and able...
Whatever you do, don't pick at the shed. It should come off on its own, but extra mistings can also help with this. I have had chams shed in a few hours, and some have taken a few days to get all the little bits off. No need to worry.
What is the big rush to mate her? Did she not just lay eggs about one week ago?!?!?!? I'm sure you've read enough on this forum to understand, at least to some degree the toll that egglaying takes on a female. I guess I am just baffled that you are so eager and willing to put her through that...

This is my schedule:
Herptivite once a month
Reptivite w/d3 once a month
Repcal w/d3 once a month
Repcal w/o d3 all other feedings
What do you mean where did I find that info? It's a matter of personal preference. Of course they are capable of breeding more than once or twice a year, but most breeders who care about the well-being of their chams choose not to do so. Like I said, personal preference. It is up to each...
Sounds like she had problems from the get-go if you bought her with one eye closed. This is the case correct, or did this develop under your care? There are many things that cause closed eyes, and more times than not it is not an actual eye issue. Please respond to my questions above and we...
