yea, bearded dragons carry it alot of the time, but just like Spork said, just keep it clean. Also I have read that there has never been a recorded medical case of salmonella in humans due to reptiles.
Thanks guys! yea hes doing perfectly fine, eating pooping and drinking, moved him into a bigger enclosure this past weekend. Finally tried a schefflera for the first time with this guy, i loved it so much i went and bought two more, there awesome for holding water droplets and placing food items...
took a while to get some pics of the little guy, but this is a 4 month old ambanja i got from the kammers Amandil at the Anaheim show, the first day i got him he was white and tan with red bars, looks like he is going to be blue and blue throughout now!!

i had about 50 of them running around in my living room , all a different weirdo species, one had a casque that looked like the top of a cocktails feathers and another one had fur on it with the colors of an ambilobe, another had the nose of a hog or flyriver turtle.. its was a sweet dream :)
yea, you can find lots of threads letting you know how easy it is to breed and keep dubias, there poor climbers, they can only glide short distances, and breed and mate on their own, just keep it dark and warm for them. 80-90 degrees.
