    i use a umbrella plant that i got from home depot but if you get a live plant change the soil with organic and yes wash the old off the roots and then wash the leaves too. these are not the only type of plant but if you did a search on this sight i know that there is a safe and unsafe list

    lol sounds to me like someone made this mistake before..... just drill a small hole in the lid and then use the lid you dont want debris to clog your pump either like a cricket that got loose or house flies. also dont forget to elivate your water source above the pump if you dont get the zip...

    yes a tube and not length but most of the width of the cage with a basking bulb on one side and a misting nozzle on the other mistking makes a quad nozzle that would be great for that cage

    i think for low stress i would say send them but you could make a mic shift cage and feed and mist like normal and they should be fine just make sure if the fall they dont have a long way and have a soft landing

    i also used Plexiglas glass but i just drilled holes where the screws hold the cage together and then attached it with the panel it worked great and even strengthened the cage a bit here is some pics
