Ok so I would try and get the temps lower. I feel like this will help. As per the drinking, chams are shy drinkers and some keepers never see theirs drink. So he may be drinking and you aren’t seeing it. Are his urates white? This will help you judge hydration.

I would say just feed him as soon as you can when you get up.

Does he get up before you? Or do his lights come on when you get up?

That’s so funny, Spaghetti LOVES to watch my husband play video games. He will sit and watch the tv and not get defensive at all. He’s got a perfect view of it from his enclosure. Cracks me up. Though he has never really been a normal chameleon 😅
