    Supplementation w/ cold weather changes

Do y'all think I should add calcium or D3 to the raptor dinofuel and the bug burger I'm gut loading my feeders? It's for my 8 month old male ambilobe bb. We've had quite a bit of cold weather, and he hasn't had any natural sunlight in a while. He's under a 100W Powersun and reptisun 10.0 by the...

    Garden Snails?

I was actually reading up on it the other day. Most recommendations say to be safe, breed to the third generation before feeding to prevent parasite loads and disease. I tried to find some on the internet from breeders, but no luck. I kept seeing people saying they found them on ebay, but didn't...

    Mixing Roach species

Is it ok if I mix different species of roach. I'm thinking lobster, dubia, and cleaners. Also, what about putting phoenix and superworms together?

Good hornworm and silkworm supplier in south

If you're willing to make the drive, Pets-A-Plenty up in Hockley; North 290, has tons of reptile supplies. I try to make the drive all the way from Sugar Land because it's the only place in Houston like it. I searched all over Westheimer, more sad stories than good unfortunately, and they're...

    Feeders

I obviously want to breed hornworms given their expense. Given this fact, are they harder to breed than most feeders?

    Feeders

I'll have to check out west coast roaches. That's the one thing I haven't found the best deals on yet. So far I found Carolina Mantis, Chinese Mantis, Superworms, Butterworms, and hornworms for pretty good prices. Well, I found 15 hornworms in a kit to grow them to large for $12. I don't know if...

    Feeders

I'd put this in the chameleon food section, but I don't think it would get seen. I'm wanting to get super worms, butter worms, praying mantis ooths, and dubia roaches. I want to get a pretty good amount of each, and figure there is someone on here that has or knows where to get them. Also, I'm...

    Any way to help shed?

Definitely don't try to remove the shed yourself. Mist with warm water, and if there is any persistent shed use a q tip with warm water and gently roll it back and forth on shed until it comes off, but don't be too persistent or you can irritate the scales.

    New cham

I would look up how much realistically it is to invest in a chameleon first. The chameleon is usually only half the cost at most after you get everything else needed to take care of them. Plan on spending at least about $500.
