Panthers are awesome. They have a great personality and really minimal maintenance, especially since their humidity needs aren't very high. I just crack the window for mine.
Oh wow lol yeah as far as I can tell they'll eat anything. I can't believe the perception of these things is cleaner than the roaches. After rearing my roaches now, I have no problem picking them up after all the disgusting crickets.
And finally here is my finished product. I love it so much. The benefits over the mesh cage keep becoming evident. I feel like a new chameleon owner all over agin.

Well the clear pic after I went back to look at it was in fact a lobster roach. The wings threw me off. Although the other one through the screen couldn't have been since I hadn't use any to feed yet.
So double checked on my adult Dubias, and it may be sooner than I thought before I sell them.
So this is what I had on my shelf sitting in Dino fuel overnight before feeding in the morning. This is about the mix you'll get. They're more on the medium size now 3/4", since I separated them...
So I took a picture of what I thought was a molting cricket the other day. Now it appears I have one in my lobster roach bin. Am I crazy or is this something I should be worried about?
This is the one it looked like it was coming out of its old skin.
The food they come with keeps them from transforming too fast. Sit them on the shelf for a couple weeks and you'll notice they all turn black. That's the cocoon. The cocoon absorbs a lot of their calcium to build as well as the transformation process.
Quite a few people have been interested about getting adult breeders. Just to let y'all know, I only have small/medium right now. I probably won't start selling off my adult breeders for another month or so. PM with a number or weight of how many you'd like. Thanks
Holy crap! Those are just about the cheapest prices I've seen for adults! The smaller ones aren't priced so great. If you need any small/medium I have some.
Ohhhhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaah. Phoneix worms have and awesome calcium to phosphorus ratio. They have been a staple of my guys diets since I discovered how great they are.
Oops I didn't realize the types of feeders you were talking about. I'm not a pro with those two, but dino fuel covering a potato usually gets DESTROYED by everything I give it to. I figure if it's good enough for my cham it has to be good enough for any of my feeders.
If you're using dino fuel don't worry about anything else. T. Kilgour got everything they need in it. It may cost a little extra, but it makes life all the easier and so much better for your cham. I just added phoenix worms to the diet for any type of calcium requirements. Other than that I mix...
What do y'all think about a 10.0? I know everyone always says 5.0, but my guy seems to love it and spends about 70% of his time there. I thought about changing it to 5.0, but I haven't seen any negative effects in the 4 months I've been using it.
